Filipa César “Meteorisations” exhibition @ Serralves, Porto
“Anthological exhibition of films, objects and documents that evoke historical events such as Portuguese anti-fascist disobedience and Guinean anti-colonial resistance, drawing on audiovisual archives from the period of liberation struggles, reflections on the mangrove, the politics of optics and weaving, and the agropoetic thinking of Amílcar Cabral.”
The exhibition is accompanied with two commissioned sound pieces in the space, fruit of years of collaboration with Filipa César.
